Terms & Privacy

Welcome to Flower & Stone Horsemanship. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, joining our email list, or booking an experience with us, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Booking & Payments

All services, lessons, trail rides, retreats, events, and other experiences are subject to availability. Pricing, availability, locations, and offerings may change at any time.

Payment requirements vary by service and will be provided during booking. Any retainers or deposits identified as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including rider age, experience level, weight when requested, contact information, and any information necessary for us to safely plan your experience.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the service booked. The policy provided with your booking will apply to your reservation.

Flower & Stone Horsemanship may reschedule, modify, or cancel an experience when necessary due to severe weather, unsafe trail or arena conditions, horse health or welfare, instructor availability, or other circumstances that could affect the safety of our horses or riders.

Rider Requirements

Lesson riders must be at least 5 years old. This is a firm safety requirement and exceptions cannot be made.

We currently have a 200 lb weight limit for beginner riders. Advanced riders may inquire about weight limits, as appropriate limits may vary depending on the horse, activity, and rider experience.

Horse assignments and participation in specific activities are determined at the discretion of Flower & Stone Horsemanship with the safety and well-being of both horse and rider in mind.

Equine Activities & Assumption of Risk

Working with and riding horses involves inherent risks. Participation in any Flower & Stone Horsemanship equine activity may require completion of a separate liability release, assumption-of-risk agreement, and/or facility waiver before participation.

Nothing on this website replaces the terms of any waiver or agreement signed in connection with an equine activity.

We reserve the right to modify or end an activity if we believe continuing would create an unreasonable risk to a rider, horse, staff member, or other participant.

Photography & Media

Some experiences may include photographs or videos as part of the service. Any included images, delivery expectations, and usage permissions will be described within the applicable booking or photography agreement.

Participation in an equine activity does not automatically grant Flower & Stone Horsemanship permission to use identifiable photographs of you or your child for marketing purposes unless appropriate permission has been obtained.

Website Content

All photographs, written content, branding, logos, graphics, educational materials, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by Flower & Stone Horsemanship or used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
